Phoenix Town; The capital of Gielnor. This town was the first town be built and settled after the incident at Old Gielnor. It is a bustling town with four districts that each have a magic tower powering that district. It is also home to the infamous underground mini-continent simply known as "The Criminal Underground" The king here is King Desto and this is where the RPOG is stationed at.
